The BCSRA Winter 2025 Show will take place at the Richmond Olympic Oval on January 4 - 6 (move-in is Jan 3).

SHOW FEE SCHEDULE:
Early Bird Registration - October 7 - October 21: $350.00
Regular Registration - October 21 - November 18: $450.00
Late Registration - November 19 onwards: $500.00
BOOTH FEE:
$550.00 for each 10' x 10' booth space (including pipe and drape only)
