New 2-day Format

The BCSRA Summer 2023 Show, at the Richmond Olympic Oval, on June 10 & 11 , with move-in on January 9, 2023. 

Once registration opens, members will receive an email with a custom link to register for the Show. If you haven’t received a custom link, please contact [email protected]. 

REGISTRATION DATES:

Past Winter'23 Exhibitors open:  March 27 - April 7, 2023

  - BCSRA is pleased to offer Exhibitors from the 2023 winter show first right of refusal on the 2023 summer show space. 

General registration opens: April 8, 2023 for all agents.

Deadline to register is May12th, 2023.

SHOW FEES:

$300.00 - Early Bird Registration Fee from April 8 - 23 
$400.00 - Regular Registration Fee from April 24 - May 12
$450.00 - Late Registration Fee from May13 onwards

BOOTH FEES:

$450 for each 10' x 10' booth space (includes pipe and drape only)

A 5% discount will be applied to cheque payments received before May 12, 2023.

Cancellations:

Refunds of 50% apply until May 19, 2023 for cancellations received in writing.  No refunds after this date.
