We are excited to announce the new Retailer Hotel Subsidy for the Summer 2025 Show!

The BCSRA will provide a $40 subsidy for every room night booked at the partner hotel, the Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport.

Simply send us your final invoice after the Show (and before June 23, 2025), and we will reimburse a portion of what you paid for accommodation during the show dates (from Friday, June 6th to Monday, June 9th, 2025).
Note, the group rate is currently $319/nigh plus tax.
