We are happy to reconfirm the Retailer Hotel Subsidy for the Fall 2025 Show!

The BCSRA will provide a $40 subsidy for every room night booked at the partner hotel, the Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport.

Simply send us your final invoice after the Show (and before December 1st, 2025), and we will reimburse a portion of what you paid for accommodation during the show dates (from Friday, November 14 to Monday, November 17, 2025).
Note, the group rate is currently $209/nigh plus tax.
