We are excited to announce the new Retailer Hotel Subsidy for the Winter 2025 Show!

The BCSRA will provide a $40 subsidy for every room night booked at the partner hotel, the Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport.

Simply send us your final invoice after the event, and we will reimburse a portion of what you paid for accommodation during the show dates (from Friday, January 3rd to Monday, January 6th, 2025).
Note, the group rate is currently $189/nigh plus tax.
