We have set aside a room block at the Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport Hotel for BCSRA attendees.

To ensure that you receive the guaranteed rate of $219.00 per night plus tax (King or 2 Queen) please book by Thursday, October 15, 2026. Please note that room changes and cancellations are required 3 days prior to the arrival date to avoid charges.

All guest rooms include:

  • Access to fitness center, indoor swimming pool and hot tub
  • Complimentary standard internet access
  • Daily self-parking: $17.00/day including taxes
  • Overnight self-parking: $30.00/day including taxes
  • Valet parking: $40.00/day including taxes

NO over height vehicle parking available at the Westin Wall Center, Vancouver Airport Hotel. Please refer to the parking map provided by BCSRA to find a lot that accommodates your vehicle.

Fall Retailer Hotel Subsidy

We are happy to reconfirm the Retailer Hotel Subsidy for the Fall 2026 Show!

The BCSRA will provide a $40 subsidy for every room night booked at the partner hotel, the Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport.

Simply send us your final invoice after the Show (and before December 1st, 2026), and we will reimburse a portion of what you paid for accommodation during the show dates (from Friday, November 13 to Monday, November 16, 2026).

Note, the group rate is currently $219/night plus tax.
