We are happy to reconfirm the Retailer Hotel Subsidy for the Winter 2026 Show!

The BCSRA will provide a $40 subsidy for every room night booked at the partner hotel, the Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport.

Simply send us your final invoice after the Show (and before February 1, 2026), and we will reimburse a portion of what you paid for accommodation during the show dates (from Sunday January 11, to Monday, January 12, 2026).
Note, the group rate is currently $199/nigh plus tax.
