Getting to the Richmond Olympic Oval

The BCSRA event is held at the Richmond Olympic Oval, conveniently located at 6111 River Road, Richmond, BC.

The Oval is easily accessible by car, public transit, and from Vancouver International Airport. Visitors arriving by car can access the facility from Highway 91, Highway 99, Vancouver, or YVR. Public transit options include the Canada Line to Lansdowne Station or Brighouse Station, with bus connections available to the Oval.

PARKING

Parking at the Richmond Olympic Oval can be limited during busy events. The Oval parkade has a maximum height of 6’8″, and alternate parking is available within walking distance when the parkade is full.

Exhibitors
Parking in the Oval parkade is reserved for retailers and Oval members. Exhibitors should use the designated overflow or alternative parking areas and follow the parking and loading instructions provided in the BCSRA Exhibitor Manual.

Retailers 
BCSRA offers free parking for retailers. Parking fees from the Oval, nearby parking lots, or SkyTrain may be eligible for reimbursement at the BCSRA registration desk. Please retain your parking or transit receipt and bring it with you for reimbursement.
