The BCSRA Winter 2026 Show will take place at the Richmond Olympic Oval on January 11 & 12 (move-in is Saturday, January 10).

SHOW FEE SCHEDULE:
Early Bird Registration - October 20 - November 3: $350.00
Regular Registration - November 3 - December 1: $450.00
Late Registration - December 1 onwards: $500.00
BOOTH FEE:
$550.00 for each 10' x 10' booth space (including pipe and drape only)
